Q.

my son is of 2years 2 months ..he is facing from the constipation.he poops weekly once that too very tightly ..how to get rid from this

A. Give lots and lots of fibre and fluids to the child in the diet of the child and also give prune juice before sleeping and apply some castor oil in the navel of the child and also I’ll tell u give papaya everyday and buttermilk 2 times in the day
