my son is now 6yrs old he is active all the time talking all the time running all the time playing all the time now I am concern is it good to be super active all the time?

That’s good only that your child probably is having a lot of energy to be channelised and that is why your child is active all the time sometimes it could be due to hyper activity as well but if your child is not doing anything which is troubling you are which you feel is not right or good as per the age then there is no problem with that
