Q.

My son is now 3 years & 4 months he facing the issue in speaking like when we tell some thing he will repeat but he won't speak himself but he had a different language were it's like chines, one thing is he is in phone for a day more than 5 hours with a break were watch rhymes & some YouTube kids activities. What I need to do for him, kindly suggest me that he need a speech therapy?

A. it is o k for the baby . It may be a normal thing for the baby and no need to worry for this . It may happen in some babies during this age group but if any problem remain then should consult a doctor near by for the examination of the baby .
