My son is now 1 year 3 month old...i'm still breastfeeding him... How to wean off feeding? What are the ways to stop?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Weaning from breast feeding takes time so have patience and gradually reduce the frequency f feeding the baby and try to divert mind with bed time stories and give wholesome meals and give water to the baby in midnight

Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Try giving outside milk like cow milk or buffalo milk or packet milk in cute Sippy cups.
