my son is not talking he use only simple words for example coffee he told cof etc like that but he understands well obey all my orders he ll speak or need therapy

A. dear mum by now 2 years of age child should be able to use 2 to 3 word sentence like mama give water if this is not the case then it is better to consult with the doctor once to follow the growth curve
