Q.

my son is not sleeping well he's having a distrubed sleep and waking up in the middle very often he is one year old

A. See three or four reasons are either your child is a light sleeper so you can use cotton or earplugs second could be hunger third could be nightmare and fourth could probably be stomach pain so you need to figure out what’s the problem so that you can deal with it accordingly
