My son is not showing interest in eating food and if he takes something immediately he is vomiting out. For the past 4 days he took only 2 times the food and vomited out. please advise

A. hello mom avoid force feeding the child , at times its ok if he does not wish to have any, instead offer fluids and fruits if that also not able to digest then get him to the doctor
