Q.

My son is not pooping from one week. He poops only once in a week. What to do?

A. It’s chronic case of constipation and must be difficult for the child to poop so I’m going to recommend you to apply some castor oil in and around the navel before sleeping and start giving prune juice in the night before sleeping and lastly start the day with a glass of warm water and fibre liquids in the diet of your child
