Q.

my son is not passing motion daily and it becomes so hard and he could not able to pass it easily ..any solution for this ?

A. hi please do the following things : - offer plenty of fluids - give fresh fruits more - stop giving maida based food items biscuits ,toast ,bread etc - give warm milk with one tbsp of ghee before sleep time daily.
