A. Dear ma’am, I would like to understand a little about his health. Is he feeling weak or tired often? Is he having normal motion or constipated? How is his sleep? Does he wake up often in the middle of the night? How is his appetite? How much milk do you give him overall per day?

A. dear Mum, for your 1 year 2 months old child, give all family foods the way you prepare in your house according to the regional food preferences. give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups Grains Pulses , powdered nuts Egg and Nonveg especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables which are found to be lacking in infant diet. about 400-500 mL of milk but instead of giving only as milk which reduces the appetite for other food use milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. give top food five or more times a day and up to one katori every time. breastfeed baby till 2 years.
