my son is not gaining weight. and he is still not talking in sentence. he is 2yrs. 8 months old. not eating properly too

A. Hai good evening !! Consult Developmental Paediatrician for assessment as baby is not talking sentences . Give 3 meals 2 snacks timely feeding fruits,vegetables,cereals( fibre foods) for good metabolism ,consult doctor for deworming if not done in the recent months...
