My son is not folding his leg even after 4 days of DPT vaccination. He starts crying if I try to fold his legs. Should I consult any doctor for this?

A. did it will be sometimes pain at the injection side of DPT vaccine which may take few days to disappear but if it is having lot of pain better to consult a doctor
