my son is just 2 year old, few days back he was having fever and cold now he is ok, but thing is earlier his body temperature was normal his hand, foot remains at normal temperature but the now his body remains cold any time, when ever we check his hand and foot we feel it cool and moisture (like sweeting) is he normal,

A. check the temperature in the axilla Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
