My son is in his 4 th month, recently he got vaccination of 4th month given by government.. His stool was tight in last two days and from today evening his stool became loose and by night we see stool is watery and little red in colour.. Can some one suggest what's happening with him, at this late hour we cannot get doctor appointment.
