ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 5 years It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please evaluate once your baby with any skin specialist in person as it is very difficult to say anything about it without personally examine and also maintain proper hygiene and apply coconut oil on daily basis.
