Q.

my son is having stomach ache and has been passing stool 2-3 times a day (no loose motion) ,my doctor advised me colicaid, but i gave home colimex 5ml, is it over dose ? plz help ASAP

A. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Common caguses are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestationh gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
