My son is having pain in his legs, don’t know what is the reason and he get very cranky and crying while sleeping also.

A. Hello dear parent! Can be growing pains. Increase the calcium intake. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Serve your child with healthy homemade foods in cute Babyhug bowls to encourage healthier eating
