My son is having fever now but continuously producing saliva . May I know what’s the reason it could be ?

Teething Could definitely be one of the reasons for that and also you are saying that your child is having too much of a saliva and I believe that is definitely the one of the reasons you can check the gums of the child that way you can rather be more sure about it
