Q.
My son is having cold past 2 days. while sneezing and coughing it felt that something is stucked inside which is not coming out or not going inside..what medicine should I give so nose n all will be clear?? what food i can give him..as he is not eating well. also please tell me Giving milk and curd, apple will increase his cold and cough??

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you can add A Pinch of turmeric in the milk avoid giving curd for now .
apple and other fruits can be given apart from citrus fruits in case baby is having sore throat
give indirect steam use saline nasal drops for him
