my son is grinding his teeth at night while sleeping..noises are so loud that wakes me up ...I think it's bruxism...how to prevent this?

A. stress is the main reason for grinding of teeth at this age. please talk to your child and spend maximum time woth him. do not scold the child. talk calming always
