my son is getting red pimples on his chin what can I use to get rid of that

A. ya So you can apply calamine lotion on to that area because the rashes and pimples can easily be taken care by calamine lotion or Cetaphil lotion whatever is easily available to you as of now just go ahead with that and over the period you’ll definitely get good results
