Q.

My son is five years old and i want to ask how to stop cavity to spread and which toothpaste is good for kids?

A. first get all the cavities filled. brush twice daily using a pea size of kids age appropriate toothpaste like colgate kids. avoid sticky food like chocolate chips and biscuits visit a dentist every 6 months
