Q.

my son is completed 11 months he is suffering loosu motion daily 3 to 5 times watery and he is first teething now what are the remedies for this sir and now he is taking little bit food can I give the apple purry sir

A. give ors sporolac add more fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
