A. hi dear Forceful vomiting or vomiting that comes with fever (temperature 100.4°F [38°C] or higher) can be signs of a more serious problem. If your baby has these signs, they should see a health care provider right away. Possible causes include: Pyloric stenosis – Pyloric stenosis is a blockage or narrowing of the stomach.
