my son is close to 7 years old he is still 18kgs and below the growth chart ( as came to know from a pead)..he looks very lean and therefore looks shorter too, as with other kids. he is a good eater. any suggestions for weight gain

A. baby is below the growth chart gv wt gain foods as potato sweet potato ragi dalia eggs banana avocado pumpkin dry fruits as cashew almonds walnuts in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amt strt with vit supplements as zincovit...
