3 meals a day of all cooked in family plus healthy snacks 2-3 times a day 
Include fruits, ghee, bananass, full cream milk and full cream yoghurt in diet
balanced diet is necessary for meeting these demands for normal development and functioning of the body

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi try to choose weight gain n healthy foods, Avocado 's are healthy and can help in weight gain too. You can give bananas thrice a week and you can also include potato, sweet potatoes, thrice a week, ragi can be given.
