A. soups , vegetable stock inculcate good eating habit by rewarding with stars and stickers After 1 year of age you can gradually start giving everything which you cook as a part of family meals. It should be easy to digest nutritious, less oily and less spicy for easy digestion by the baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables also. They not only provide with the necessary multivitamins and nutrients but also with fibre. Keep baby hydrated and try to provide some probiotics like curd buttermilk yogurt . These keep the digestion good you can also give nuts like almond cashew walnut

A. Try to make trying a fruit or vegetable positive and fun, like making a face out of vegetables on pizza, pretending that broccoli are trees or cauliflower are clouds, providing a light dip or hummus for dipping veggies (or fruit).
