Q.
My son is 9yrs old . Now a days he is not eating properly. Can you suggest me at this age what type of nutrition they need and suggest me the diet they need to every day.

First you should try to talk to your child to understand why your child is not eating your child child is in the age where your child can easily tell you that why your child is not willing to eat is there a problem with digestion or body particular thing that your child is not eating because of so once you clear that up with your child I think it would be easier for you to manage the situation and after that accordingly you can work upon a diet plan if required you can also consult a nutrition expert
