What is the age at which we can give a baby , normal food both type and quantity ?? If they are eating well , can we give at age 2-3 ??

A. Dear ma’am, after one year you can give regular home foods. Need not avoid anything unless and otherwise your baby has specific allergy towards a particular food. Also let your kid decide when to eat and how much to eat
