Q.

my son is 9 month old with fever and excessive drool not feeding and closing mouth always cranky what to do. i found some little rashes

A. hi. might be it is due to teething. clean the drool with cotton cloth. give dolo drops for fever. apply vaseline pure petroleum jelly on drool rash. all the very best
