my son is 8 months old. he is having a black spot in tongue. is it normal or ?

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is hidone to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .u

Clean it with a tongue cleaner or a toothbrush and still if it is persisting then you should get a check with your doctor as without having a proper knowledge from how long it has been how big and small it is what is the situation we cannot give you correct help on that
