my son is 7mnths old n his weight is 6.5 nly how to gain weight n say mm some food menu

A. Hello mom check his weight according to his birth weight which tends to double by the age 4 to 6 months and triple by one year of age . At this age semi solids and mashed foods and liquids as recommended
