my son is 7 yr 6 m old her weight is 16kg how can gain her weight please suggest me.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom some individuals their body type is such that inspite of eating well a balanced diet also they dont gain weight that very easily . So a little varation is acceptable . give them healthy home cooked foods, and natural foods as well.
