A. You can either wait for a few more months for the milk teeth to fall or visit a dentist once and get an opinion if anything needs to be done after checking clinically.

A. Hello ma’am Please consult a child dentist for the same as you may need to get the previous teeth extracted in order to make space for new teeth and if you do not do it right now then you may have to get braces and later so please consult a doctor as soon as you can
