my son is 7 years old and daughter is 2 and half years old both are living healthy lifestyle having homemade food eating rotis vegetables fruits everything but not gaining weight can anyone please help

A. hi, if both are active, achieving milestone on time than do not worry for weight.. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.
