My son is 7 months 8 days old, weight is 7.5Kg is this is normal or not? And how to gain weight? Please suggest which food is given?

baby should gain atleast 500 grams per month
give various home food
3 times in a day
like homemade cerelac,
raab / kheer, cooked seasonal vegetable puree or add to food like khichdi, vegetable Dal rice.
seasonal fruits, curd
