My son is 6years old.His present weight is 37kg and height is 120.What should be his proper diet chart for reducing his weight.

A. Dear consult doctor to rule out medical reason for weight gain various dietary modification would be required give whole grains, oats avoid refined cereals, bread high fibre and good protein seasonal fruits and vegetables, give low fat milk and Milk products avoid fruit juices give whole fruit avoid ghee on top of food set a positive example for your child, create a conducive environment for building healthy eating habits and be an active family. dont buy, store unhealthy foods limit gadget time Thanks

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is not recommended to do any crash diet to loose wait suddenly. Please avoid outside food items and eat home cooked meals only. Also avoid maida food items and oily food items. Try to do walk daily for atleast 30 minutes. You can also do yoga under a professional yoga teacher. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for weight loss. Thanks and take care
