My son is 6 years 3 months old and he is having fever from 3 days not more than 100.4 . And dry cough but not very much . Should i guve him any antibiotics

A. in the current situation I would not recommend you to take any chance it is advisable that you should immediately try to visit your pediatrician and start using proper medication for your baby right away
