my son is 6 months , he s getting fever frequently once in 10 to 15 days gap.his teeth flesh is getting strong, can it be the reason for that. please suggest.

yes these are signs of teething.
the first milk teeth can erupt anytime soon.
gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day to increase blood circulation and hasten the eruption process.
