my son is 6 months 20 days old , is it safe to give pacifier , also wanted to know if pacifiers are safe when the baby is sleeping

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. there is no problem in using pacifier / nipple / teether if cleaned. the problem arises
when it falls down and goes again inside the oral cavity of the child without proper cleaning xand sterilization.
if it is not cleaned and goes in the oral cavity can cause infection andx cough and cold and loose motion
