My son is 6.3 years old, till now not even one tooth is broken or shaking.when will his permanent teeth’s will come? Is it normal or we should visit dentist.

A. teeth can come anytime between the age of 6 to 7 years you can wait till the age of 7 years and in case there are no teeth erupted you can visit a dentist
