Q.

my son is 50 days old can I give him cerelac bcoz I am not producing enough milk for him and he is on lactogen which causes gases what can I give him in food or i should only feed him lactogen

A. Do not give any kind of cereal to 50 days old baby. He is too little at this stage. If you don’t produce enough breastmilk then go for formula milk. As per my personal experience I started solid food after 4 months completed.you can start with some purées after 4 months but not now.For now you can go ahead with formula milk. That’s better option. Thank you 😊

A. it is not advisable to give any weaning foods to the baby and less baby complete six months of age at present you may continue to breastfeed the baby e and some formula milk also

A. You can give bottled milk, cerlac is not suggested until 6 months

A. Hello good morning !! Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies. Semi solids (cerelac) is suggested from 6 month onwards because below 6 months babies can't digest solids, animals milk. Have milk, diary products, rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo,bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, kheema, garlic milk for increasing breastmilk supply. Give frequent feeds have more water. Consult Paeditrician for formula milk suggestion many brands with vitamin, minerals, brain development elements are available in market - aptamil,similac,enfamil...
