Do not give any kind of cereal to 50 days old baby. He is too little at this stage. If you don’t produce enough breastmilk then go for formula milk. As per my personal experience I started solid food after 4 months completed.you can start with some purées after 4 months but not now.For now you can go ahead with formula milk. That’s better option. Hello good morning !! Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies.
Semi solids (cerelac) is suggested from 6 month onwards because below 6 months babies can't digest solids, animals milk.
Have milk, diary products, rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo,bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, kheema, garlic milk for increasing breastmilk supply.
Give frequent feeds have more water.
