my son is 5 yrs old. His Hb is not raising more than 9 gms. what should I do?

U Definitely should go ahead with giving iron supplement to the child and I don’t eat food and diet for that a nutritionist would be able to help you that what should be given to increase the iron content in the body but a supplement would definitely be important
