my son is 5 years old.he has intestinal problem from very much birth .as soon as he finishes his meal he needs to go to bathroom.whats the problem sir

This is going to need a further assessment because this is not a good sign and your child is five years also definitely you need to have a full physical assessment and some scanning and test for your child so if you want you can consult gastrologist for this
