My son is 5 months old he’s exclusively on bf he spills out a lot of milk ??Is it still a concern

I mean ,what is current weight of your child? if it is between 4 to 6 kg, and if a child looks happy and active ,as such no need to worry. just offer small and frequent feeds. burp your baby well
