My son is 5.6years old having fever from 6pm of 102temp and stomach pain too is this symptom of dengue?

A. Associated with stomach infection also this pain in tummy and the fever is also infection sometimes can lead to fever also so you should check with your doctor without a test and report I cannot confirm whether it is dengi or not
