My son is 5.3 years old now but he's not gaining weight. His weight is 13 Kgs only. Can anyone please help with this concern?

You should consult a nutritionist regarding that they can help you with the proper diet plan from time to time which will have all the necessary nutrients and supplements required by the child for overall weight gain and growth with food only the child is going to have a good weight gain that way
