Q.

my son is 47 days old and he is spitting too much milk after he feed on my right breast. what should I do?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and at this age most of the babies spit lots of milk and also give baby breastfeeding exclusively and give burp properly and hold in upright position too. And also massage on your breast and settle to comfort position and give baby breastfeeding from each side. Take care
