my son is 4 yr 9 months old.. Saturday evening he got fever 99.7 after that fever came after every 6 hrs till Sunday evening on Monday fever came after 14 hrs than after 12 hrs n now fever has come after 18 hrs ... n fever range is 99.9 , 100 , 99.7 ,100.2

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy11 months agoA. your history tells us that the child is suffering from viral fever and in viral fever you have to give onlyd symptomatic treatment that is for fever have to give paracetamol(max 4 times per day if needed) and plenty of water to drink and at least 60 to 70% of the regular diet and if the fever continues beyond 3 days then meet the doctord
please do body sponge that is body wiping to decrease the body temperature with wet cotton cloth.
