my son is 4 yr 4 m old . . studying lkg . . he get cough and cold for every 15 days . . We have consulted different doctors but no use. we used nebulisers too . . he doesn't even eating chocolates, no ice creams ,no cool drinks at all . . we used all type of treatment of consulting doctor . . what is reason between it

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
stearem inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .
